GUARANTEE
I.) Golden Arrow Kennels guarantees that the puppy is in good health and has received appropriate medical inoculation and care including parvo inoculation and worming. Golden Arrow Kennels will provide the Buyer with a medical chart detailing all of the treatment the puppy has received under All Creatures care and future care that Golden Arrow Kennels feels is essential to puppy's well being.
II.) Golden Arrow Kennels guarantees that the puppy is free of life threatening diseases or disabilities (i.e., heart murmurs, parvo, etc.) for 14 days after delivery to Buyer. Should life threatening diseases or disabilities be discovered by the Buyer within 14 days of receipt the puppy and attest to in writing to Golden Arrow Kennels by Buyer's veterinarian, Golden Arrow Kennels will provide Buyer with a replacement puppy as soon as a puppy is available to Golden Arrow Kennels. Golden Arrow Kennels strongly recommends that Buyer have puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian of Buyer's choice within 72 hours of receipt of puppy.
III.) Should the puppy be diagnosed within one year of any genetically derived medical disorder which is considered by two unassociated veterinarians to seriously impact the quality of life short of euthanasia, or require continous medical treatment throughout the course of the puppy's Golden Arrow Kennels will, upon provision of veterinary reports, provide Buyer with one of the following options,
A.) Should Buyer chose to keep puppy and accept partial refund Golden Arrow Kennels will, upon receipt of proof of spay or neuter, refund 50% of purchase price.
B.) Should Buyer choose to relinquish ownership of the puppy to Golden Arrow Kennels. Golden Arrow Kennels will replace puppy less any shipping or miscellaneous charges necessary for transportation of puppy to Golden Arrow Kennels.
IV.) Veterinarian expenses incurred by the Buyer, for any reason, will not be Golden Arrow Kennel's responsibility. |
